I got this for my wife on a whim to tone her pelvic floor muscles, enhance her Kegeling ability and increase her overall overall vaginal strength and control. Well, be careful what you wish for. This thing worked too well. She uses it all the time and has gone from just a few reps every other day, to hundreds of reps three times a day. She can crack a walnut down there now and loves the the control and more intense orgasims she has. She's made a game of how hard she can squeeze me. It's fun, for both of us, but she now has the brute strength to bruise me and has. Based on her muscular development enhanced by the Natural Contours Energie weight, she is now buying other vaginal weight lifting devices and balls. This is a great piece of exercise equipment.
